Well, you can't learn that until it happens. Otherwise you would just be never tusting your original theories. Which would be an original theory itself. It's a conundrum.

yes, it's very confusing. you have certain information that points you in one direction, but then leads to a completely different conclusion. but then when you're privy to that conclusion, it makes as much sense as if you had thought of it originally.
