Solely because it seems like the band is involved in the PB one, and the other 2 are Crapitol's doing. It may be too early to really tell, but what say you?

i think PB is more of a big deal by default just because the sound quality was so poor to begin with. CYH and IC sound pretty fresh as it is.

I use Solid Gold Hits as a measuring stick.

If the songs can sound like what they did on that compilation... I'd buy the new Remastered version.

Brass Monkey's 808 bass drum has more... um, bass.

And the rest of the tracks sound much clearer and cleaner.

It's sort of like me and Blu-ray. I don't mind purchasing Blu-ray discs for dvd's I all ready have... If they are in my top 10 or 20 favorite movies of all time. If it's something I'm going to watch a lot... then it's worth spending the cash to see them in HD.

The same goes for Remastered Beastie Boys cd's. If they are going to sound better, then I don't mind dishing out the cash for a better product.

Yeah I meant a win on principle - I don't expect a redesigned website for the other remasters is all.

Yeah, I kinda lost track of what I was saying...

I was thinking, damn Mike. You're going in to NYC for the weekend. You should go buy some fresh new Blu-Ray's.

Then I got all caught up in the moment.

Yeah, Paul's Boutique is a cool record. I dig it.

Ric Flair would beat all y'alls records.

16-time World's Heavyweight Champ, son. WHAT!

Who can even come close to that record?

Takeru Kobayashi that's who!

He held the world record for hot dog eating for nearly six years! In 2006, he ate 53.75 hot dogs for his sixth consecutive win and a new world record.

The only person that can come close is Joey "Jaws" Chestnut.

now, do we know for sure that the band is NOT involved with the other re-issues? yeah I, too get the feeling that they're not because nothing is being said from them, but that's not usually their style. so we'll just have to see.

Triple H, sadly. He's got 12 in 17 years so far. Flair took 36 years to get 16.

To be the man, You gotta beat the man...so until Triple H wins it for the 17th time, he's not the man
WWOooOOhhHHHhOOOO!

Hell, I remember Triple H flat out giving Flair the belt on Raw.

Chestnut out ate that kid two years in a row to bring the eating title back to it's rightful home here in the fattest country in the world, USA!

Chestnut > Kobayashi.

Flair just dropped Jericho last week with one shot to the chin for talking shit to him. Setting the stage for the April Wrestlemania showdown?
Who said Flair was finished after 36 years?
He's not done just yet TAL.
Just like Randy the Ram, Flair just can't step away from the spotlight gracefully.

Well, he did retire after losing to HBK at the last WM.

But no one really retires.
