Anyone else getting this error when attempting to download from Topspin?

I purchased the Vinyl + Digital Download (FLAC) 2/17 and still cannot download. I've contacted Topspin three times and haven't received a response. Here's the error I receive every time I attempt the download that I purchased:

We're sorry, there appears to be a problem.

The file you have selected to download is currently unavailable. Please try again shortly.

I didn't have that error, but I had another issue and Topspin got back to me within a week and helped me out.

UPDATE

Took 3 days, but I got a response today. Topspin provided a link to a zip file containing the tracks and album art. Downloaded and all is good.

Can't wait for the Vinyl. Thanks Topspin - (Thomas - Customer support guy)
