I actually really like both. there's all kinds of paper work and lines and directions and things to fill out, old fashioned stuff like pens on chains. and everyone there is all pissy. it's kinda fun.

I usually try to go on weekdays during hours when most people don't go though, and I'm not usually in a hurry. I can just look around and follow directions and fill out paper work at my leisure.

When I was in the US last year, I had to renew my driver's license. I was expecting to have to spend the whole morning there. I was out in under 10 minutes. I was shocked. First of all as soon as I got in there was a table with 5 people, and they were smiling and friendly, and someone asked me what service I needed. I told her I was there to renew my license and she checked to make sure I had all the correct documentation, then sent me to the counter where someone else took my papers, took my picture, and invited me to sit down. Five minutes after that I had my license and was out the door. I couldn't believe it.
