I am in Newfoundland Canada and spent $41CDN to get a copy of the PB20 on vinyl from amazon.com. It took 4 days to ship which was super fast, and got it Wednesday. I opened it today and took the record out and first, it was dusty. Not just 3-4 specs, but quite a few pieces of dust. But on closer look, one side had a bad scuff mark on it about 4in long and 2+in wide. There are also some other small fine scratches on it too. I am waiting to get a stereo preamp for my new AV receiver so I haven't tried it yet. I hope the scuff marks aren't bad enough to ruin the quality :(

I went through the return process on Amazon and the ball is rolling on a replacement. I am impressed with the customer service, much easier than I thought it would be. (y)

with all this downloading these days,I hate it when you spend your hard earned cash on a cd,vinyl or dvd and your given some crusty disc and when you complain in a shop they look at you as if your some sort of over the top nerd.its no differant than some china vase thats important to a boomin' granny.

Yep been there. People in record stores still act like friggin' dicks even though they're dropping like flies.
