I noticed a lot of people are catching onto the Wii on the boards here, so I wanted to bring up this new Wii game called Lets Tap. It's a very simplified rhythm game, where you set the Wii remote on a flat surface, and I think they'll be providing you a semi-large box to set the Wii remote on. The whole idea of the game, is to tap the flat surface in rhythmic motions, corresponding with the circles on screen, or other stipulations, as there are a variety of modes to choose from, such as stick figure people jumping over things in a race. The vibrations your tapping creates are signaled to the Wii remote on the flat surface, and effectively are the controls for the game.
If you're still confused, watch this trailer. The second link has a cool song playing. I've found myself tapping along to the YouTube videos, oddly enough.
