I yell at cabbies for the fuck of it.

Not really the fuck of it because those fuckers wale on the horns like idiots. If a car stops in front of them to drop someone off, not even 2 seconds the cabbies will start honking.

There's signs posted all around the area stating a $350 fine and there's reasons for it. Nobody wants to hear it.

It also pisses you off when you're trying to have a conversation and there's a monkey at the wheel of a cabbie.

Another thing my coworkers will do, not me so much, is radio down to the guy standing down the street and tell them to standby if there's eye candy coming his way.

They have to be gorgeous though. Or else the radio traffic would be unbearable.

I was going to say work because I don't have an office job - I'm out "working" just about my whole day, so no internet or any of that other stuff, but then I realized I get way into my own head alot- having conversations with myself (where I am both sides of the conversations) or get all up in my thoughts, probably for the best I don't go too into the unbelievable boring minutiae of life I obsess about (I'm told). A good thing though is when I realize I like a (sometimes) new song when I hear it because it totally pulls me out of my own thoughts. Love that.

i've done some shitty, irresponsible, "naughty" things while i've been on the clock, but other people at the same workplace have done far far worse, and effectively, have gotten paid for it.

plug headphones in. listen to the radio/itunes.

get tea and do the guardian crossword with recruits. answer maybe two of them because i am shit at crosswords even though WORDS are my job.

read newspapers. my job is the news, it's sort of accepted.

watch short films. my job is in film, so again sort of accepted.

the best thing to do however is to sneak into press shows/matinees etc at one of the cinema screens.. takes on average 2 hours off your working day and again.. sort of accepted! WAH HEY! it helps to see the films i market especially if they're controversial. i have a date with bronson on tuesday.

if i am really lucky i get to go to the other office and play their wii/dance up their musical stairs.

shoot the shit.

scope out chicks. if theres some prime talent walking around the store i may just happen to make it so i need to do something around where she is. just enjoy the scenery. it really is a perk of the job. think of some peoples jobs, actually a lot of them probably. they suck. and i get to look at hot chicks from 17-50. teens to milfs. every day, you never know what your going to get. usually at least 2 really hot chicks a day. than a lot of really good lookers too but they lack in some area.

the milfs are my favorite. but today this one chick came in, maaan let me tell you. she was just a very good looking young woman. probably my age, about mid twenties. great body, was very pleasant.

so the day is basically looking for chicks like that. a never ending flow. day after day. primo.

I also have to deal with people that are either lunatics or cranked out on something.

They like to come to the atrium and make a presence by shouting vulgarity.

Two days ago some girl, wasn't homeless or anything, she comes in and locks herself in the bathroom and starts saying shit like, "do the dishes, do the laundry, I'm gonna kill her, it's time to pay the piper."

Then she comes out and starts shouting more and tries to pay a homeless guy $200 to kill her mom. The homeless guy says, "nooo.. you don't want to kill your mom but i'll take the 200 bucks."

Yeah, I had to kick her out, tell her I could make this an FBI case cause she's making a death proposition right in front of my face.
