Wow, not many people have survived without some sort of protection. The only other case of this was a young boy who fell over a boat decades ago.
The Niagara River is a vicious river and the Falls are fucking powerful. This guy is lucky he didn't get crushed on some rocks or ice as well. wow again.

NIAGARA FALLS, Ont. — A man who jumped into the upper rapids on the Canadian side of the Niagara River and then fell over the Horseshoe Falls was rescued this afternoon after spending more than 40 minutes in frigid waters below the falls.
Here are some awesome photos from someone else during the winter. I miss is the Festival of Lights, it was great when I was a kid.
