any rumours on uk tour dates for this year

Its probably a bit early for that yet although an easy guess would be the second half of this year. They have the reissues to release and I would think they would wait til those are out before releasing the new album. They last toured (arena tour) in December 2004 so maybe around that month as TT5B dropped early summer I seem to remember.

UK dates would be a bonus after everything Yauch has gone through, and IC and HN issues released. I'm more interested when Yauch has fully recovered and rockin the sure shot!

Your gonna be waiting awhile in the UK...If you read the update on Adam it says in a few weeks (Early Sept?) he will begin radiation treatment. That will last up to 6 weeks (Late Oct.?) I would guess at the earliest they will be ready to tour by January and by the time they tour the USA (First Priority, sorry mates) for 3-4 months you will be luck if you get them for a few festivals next summer. I personally think they should avoid the UK since Yauch claims that is where he was when he realized the seriousness of his condition. It's the UK jinx dating all the way back to the 80s when you brits gave them a hard time about the content of there live shows. If they are ready to tour by January they should do a short Club tour Jan - Feb to get warmed up...take a break in March...A full on US arena tour April - June & then do all the US festivals they missed this year, maybe if your lucky they will do a couple shows in the UK late 2010 or early 2011.

Look on the bright side...you guys have Dizzee Rascal & Lady Sovereign :D

anyway-surely discovering you have a life-threatening illness so's it can be treated in plenty of time is better than not discovering it and dealing with the shit that could bring. so looking at it that way-why should Yauch be feeling negative about the u.k??

AND, surely the notoriety gained by the ammount of bad press they got here in the 80's only turned out to be a good thing
