hey, back when Hello Nasty came out, my friends and I waited in line at midnight at a record store to buy it and there was a radio station there doing a live show. and they gave us all Kid Rock casette singles. "bawitdaba" and "cowboy" was on it. it opened like a pack of cigarettes. my friends and I listened to it in the car and laughed our asses off. then almost a year later, I was sitting my college dorm room doing homework with MTV on in the background when I heard "bawitdaba", and turned around and was like, "what...the...fuck? no way!""

anyway, I never opened my cassette and I still have it. sealed in plastic. I just saw this at the movie theater: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u0yVaHKcs9E

and figured maybe a bunch of people are going to love that song and then be super fans and pay me like a million bucks for that tape. right?

how would I go about doing that?

you might have been in luck if they had given you a little vinyl (http://cgi.ebay.com/KID-ROCK-bawitdaba-cowboy-RARE-PRO-12-UNPLAYED-MINT_W0QQitemZ270266376339QQihZ017QQcategoryZ306QQ ssPageNameZWD1VQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp1638 Q2em118Q2el1247)

I share a similar experience, but with the Bloodhound Gang.

It was at Woodstock 99' and we were on our way to put shit in the truck while minor scurmishes were breaking out before the full-stage rioting, and they were there with a breadtruck with the 'Hooray for Boobies' album cover painted on the side. Evil Jarrett was like 'yeah, our song is going to be huge' and we wre like yeah right. 6 months later the Bad Touch came out

try this website. if you ask on the forum someone will tell you how much its worth. they're obsessed with kid rock on that site. you'll be able to sell it, no problem.
