Well, I still like the songs over 2mins but I mean I think more songs should end sooner. I always listen to punk generally or I'm back in the 60s where tuning up for pink floyd included pyrotechnics.

Like I say Helvete, I only really listen to punk where all your energy for that song is expelled in less than 2 minutes. Which is why I think music can be as good as sex!

Absolutely, although I think the three minute rule is more practical. I find that some songs come under 2 minutes have been under written and could be more effective with an extra 30 seconds, it smacks of not trying very hard.

And I'm seriously impressed at people that can put together rock that last for 9-10 minutes plus that is interesting for the whole song. Thats part of the reason why I like Sonic Youth and Sigur Ros so much.
