Those large cups that have a small bottom, so they fit in cupholders, suck! I don't mind the size too much mainly cuz I likes me some ice tea and a small ice tea just isn't enough. Coke is bad. Nice fresh hot crispy french fries ftw! How do you like your fries?

Portion sizes in the US have steadily grown over the years... along with the drink sizes. It's not just the fast-food places either, man.

Actually, a lot of my weight loss is from a result of eating less of what was given to me at restaurants (taking stuff home and eating it later) and, frankly, just not eating out as much at all.

Can you blame the entire industry on people's weight problems? Nah, I don't think so. A lot of it has to do with knowing you don't have to eat everything that's put in front of you. Forget that shit your parents told you about the "clean plate club." It'll do you some good.
