I don't think you really read the articles that you post.

here are the important parts

tax troubles ... Obama

... $7,040 in back taxes...

Obama administration nominees ... tax troubles ... Senate Democratic leader Tom Daschle ... failing to pay $140,000 in taxes and interest.

Timothy Geithner ... failure to pay back taxes...

Hilda Solis ... Obama's labor secretary ... unpaid tax liens

... no comment from the White House...

--Charitable contributions over $250 are supposed to include an acknowledgment letter from the charity in order for a deduction to be taken. Out of 49 charitable contributions made, three letters couldn't be found. [read: tax evasion]

--Sebelius and her husband took deductions for mortgage interest that they weren't entitled to. The couple sold their home in 2006 for less than what they owed on the mortgage. They continued to make payments on the mortgage, including interest. But since they no longer owned the home they weren't entitled to take deductions for the interest. The same thing happened with a home improvement loan. Sebelius said they "mistakenly believed" the payments were still deductible. [read: even worse tax evasion]

--Insufficient documentation was found for some business expense deductions. [read: TAX CHEAT TAX CHEAT TAX CHEAT]

...

...additional items were identified that needed to be addressed."

^, what would be better for you is if you didnt have to pay it in the first place...why let the govt act as your savings account via the tax law. spend/save your income the way you want to, dont have the govt take it away from you and force you to go through a process to get it back...

because i respect my duty as a human being to help those less fortunate than me. even though i appear like i fall in the "less fortunate" category at the moment, its so I can one day be in the fortunate category by accessing an even more quality education then i already have. and i know not everyone has the ability to do it the way i did.

^ you lack of knowledge is showing...

you should want your withholdings, etc to equal your taxable income liability. in other words, come the end of each year the amount with held should equal your tax liability. tax "refunds" are equal to overpaying to the govt. you should keep you money in the first place, unless you trust the govt to handle your money for you and you arent able to handle it for yourself.

and charity begins at home/church...not in the offices of washington dc
