I've always had a problem with today and it doesn't get better or more grown up. The first thing I do is check my emails and the news, and it full of obvious shit already. BBC, Guardian even get in on the act.

Plus, today is 2 years since my Dad died - doesn't help my feelings towards it. But, I've never liked it, never will, I don't see the funny side and I hate it when people will say to me 'today is so your sense of humour though' :mad:

For the office tape the button on a co-worker's phone so when it rings and they pick up it will continue to ring.

My favorite is to call someone and leave a message. This is Mr Bass and leave a phone number to a place like Fish World or Game & Inland fisheries. When they call and ask for Mr Bass both the business and caller are confused at first then the finally get that they were pranked.

My boss showed me an app on the I-phone that you can pick the phone number that appears on the call reciepent's caller id

Yeah, shouldn't of mentioned that - wasn't really the point. I had the first thing in the morning blues at that point.

It cus I checked the the guardian and bbc news websites and both on their front page had obvious jokes - its every year. I don't mind being fooled but having such stupid obvious jokes is just a waste of space.

And it just makes you more suspicious of everything that day and I have a hard time believing reality at the best of times. Maybe I am just over paranoid, which is why I won't take off my tin foil hat to keep such irrational thoughts at bay.
