And I like the flaky edge of a piece of ribeye steak. That is probably the best bit of any steak ever. You know, you get the main slab, then the fat, and then there is a little bit extra, of the tastiest, tenderest and most prized bit of meat.

What's the best steak you ever made? Recommend me one and I'll got buy and make it. Tell me which kind of steak, how to prepare it and how you cook it. I can cook my own steak pretty well, but I just want to try someone elses.

Bought a huge T bone from the butcher the other day.

Bunged it on the barbie, turned it once, lightly seasoned it, then ate the fucker.

and it was goooooooood.

Best steak Ive ever had was a japanese wagyu steak about 12 months ago. It was absolutely incredible. You could have eaten it with a spoon and no teeth. the marbled fat was filled with buttery meltness.

It was heaven on earth

Best steak ever was the grilled cuban steak I first made. Marinaded with garlic and real lime juice. Cooked with onions and served with black beans and rice. Deeeelish.

I let it marinate for about 12 hours and I just pan grilled it. Nice and hot to crisp the outside a bit then set to a lower heat. throw some onions in and let it simmer until they're brown. I tried to fry plantains but they came out too hard.
