I remember seeing this when it first came out. I looked for fbi snipers and stuff. Didnt take long to find 4 guys on the roof of the building thats pretty much in the center of the image. On top of the right corner.

Not really sure what they are. Police of some sort, I assume? Just keeping an eye on things?
