I was all about poached eggs for the longest time. I'd make them at home all the time. Now I've mastered the over easy egg, and I rarely ever go back to poached. I like the yoke to explode when I put a fork in it, and over easy seems to make that happen a lot better.

Anyway, I'm a blueberry pancake kinda guy. I like to put peanutbutter on'em. Sausage patties, eggs over easy, and a big glass of milk and oj. Easter breakfast can't get here soon enough.
