Enough to create a better future in hip-hop?

Maybe I'm too old. Who knows. Every time I listen, I have a tremendously great beat going on, I get into it, the vocals set in. Yeah, good sounds.

I start to listen to what they're saying. "On my block we'll shoot your ass in the ass" or whatever other kinds of threats or comparisons of how their life was worse than their opponents.

References of nigga and pants saggin' seem to always appear. I was a co for a little while, trust me, the people that were sagging their pants weren't the kind of people you look up to. Down to is more like it. If you catch my drift.

All talks of gun slinging, shooting up things. Death and destruction while their families and kids are starving. Bringing enemies upon yourself is going to make things better? Having to draw weapons in your own house is going to make things better and a happier living for your families?

I dunno, it seems I have all of the symptoms of being a successful hiphop artist but I'd rather not be public about it. Just post a few stories here and there on the nets.

this is the best thread on this board as of 09.

or is it rap I'm talking about.

Regardless, I have better knowledge of the nomenclature of such weaponry and could disassemble and reassemble and have a shot group tighter than a dime afterwards.

Maybe me damaja, loc, kaiser and lopp should start rappin'. We're all gangsta like that but nobody wants to hear because the war is still going. Old and stale.

I'm gonna lift some spirits tonight. And then drink them.

I woke up early and felt a bit down this morning so I went for a drive - round trip in total of about 100 miles. What a waste of oil cus although the drive was fun, I feel even more depressed. I'm just thinking too much right now, I'm never happen when I think.

We could stop listening to hip hop - is the natural answer, while there is a market for it it'll be heard, when people realise its shit it'll either change or people will change the channel.

I don't listen to that rubbish. I am a gentleman hip-hopper, ergo I don't listen to much.

there's a lot of hip-hop. it's just that some of it doesn't make any money.
