I made this last night and it was unbelievable.
2 thinly sliced chicken cutlets
black pepper to taste
1 green team bag
lemon juice
Goya Adobo
I rubbed the raw chicken with black pepper and the innards of a green tea bag. Let it maranaide in a mixture of lemon juice and pinch of adobo seasoning over night in a ziploc bag. bbq it!
It was different and full of antioxidents. The lemon juice and green tea mixed almost like a green tea extract when it was in the bag. it also was stuck the the raw brest of chicken. I made a second batch for tonight!
