yeah, but it's an old word. it's possible that it's now considered impossibly racist and that i did a very stupid thing by typing it out loud, i've been surprised by these things before. i preemptively apologize if that's the case

Biracial or just mixed is ok. No one is going to flip out on you for calling them mullatto though, just because you dont hear it. Most people dont know what it means anyway. Wasnt that a way of classifying people in south america based on how much amerindian blood they have? Like quadroon, mullatto, mestizo. etc?
But yea, I think websites like that are stupid. Its basically saying that you fetishize about other races and you are looking for someone strictly on a physical basis.

Interracial in this context refers to the inter mixing of races. It takes two races to mix, if one person is of mixed race, then they are not mixing - verb.
