Beautiful fuckin' saturday

ah yes. I've basically kept myself locked up during the cold weather. Mainly to save a few bucks and now it's time to get back out and do shit again.

The argument with the wife is long over, she's taking a nap because she got up early to go to a Buddhist temple but when she wakes, we're hitting the town.

While she's sleeping, I've got a song on the recorder that I'm messing with.

It was good weather here today and had a nice evening with a very nice lady. Then drove to the ferry port and am now waiting to get on a big ol' boat to France before driving across Europe to Germany!

I've spent all weekend doing bugger all. Well, I got a bit of food shopping done and got some dvd's but that counts as nothing to me.

It was great yesterday. As soon as she woke up she said that she wanted to learn to play the guitar so I gave mine to her.

I told her I learned just by ear and tab so she found tabs for her favorite song and fucking played and sang the whole thing, after just 2 tries.

We went to little Italy and ate outside, I got some pasta and beef dish all covered in cheese and she got a real nice sole dish. Washed it all down with sangria and we went to the park and sat and bullshitted till 2am and went home.

Today she's working. I dunno, I may go pick up a new pair of work boots or just go out and take a walk.

Friday was 89 in Chicago, it was beautiful. I had to work till about 8pm so I really didn't get to enjoy the day. Saturday was nice but overcast....then the rain rolled in and it was madness so I had a Natalie night and watched movies and read.

It's cooler today, rained a tad this morning but the sun is out so yay! Spend the morning with my nonnie and now I am going to hop in the shower and have a Sunday Funday.

Going to see Etta James on Thursday, woo!

Friday was 89 in Chicago, it was beautiful. I had to work till about 8pm so I really didn't get to enjoy the day.

We didn't make it out till 8:30pm because she took an extended nap and I think she had a dream to learn to play guitar because as soon as she woke up, she said she wanted to learn.

I was just a little disappointed that I didn't get to enjoy the sun but there's many days ahead of sunlight.
