Getting maced

Fucking sucks. I just got maced to see what it was like. It felt like my eyesockets were bleeding and someone was holding a blowtorch to my face.
Anyone else been maced before?

I maced my friend by accident once.

I had the can and sprayed it at a wall. I wanted to see what the actual liquid looked like.
The spray hit the wall and sort of splashed off and right into my boys' face.

His face swelled up pretty bad and his eyes almost shut.
He was ok after about an hour, but I felt horrible. Still do.

Yeah, I'd rather get tazed or shot at point blank before getting maced again.

army training is probably than getting maced. You're locked up in a chamber of some pretty damn potent gas and you have to take your mask off and recite general orders and such..

Your head starts secreting all kinds of snot and phlegm and you'll even start throwing up.

I've had mace training before, I wouldn't want it again but it's much less harsh than the gas chamber.

I got maced in a fight like 7 yrs ago, and so did my g/f at the time.

Last year I was in a bar when a fight broke out and someone sprayed mace indoors. everyone got it, but not too bad...

Yep, like Eric I've been in the 'chamber', it's really quite bad although I'm somewhat resilient to it compared to some of the other people. As in I can still compose myself and function. Some people panic and try and run out within 5 seconds. I know a guy who is completely immune to it and was in the chamber for many minutes without his mask before being told to get out as it was boring.

One time someone sprayed pepper spray at a club and the shit was nasty, my friends and I zipped from the location it was presumably sprayed got water and tried to let security know it was sprayed

I was at a Helmet show in a small club and someone shot off some pepper spray. Fucking Orange County dicks. Been through the Army's gas chamber too, that was crazy.
