Mercer's 2009 Quality of Living survey

New Zealand and Germany doing pretty well, which is nice (http://www.mercer.com/referencecontent.htm?idContent=1173105#Top_50_citi es:_Quality_of_living). personally though I think money plays too large a factor in the survey. Frankfurt sucks despite all its cash. I suppose it's a matter of perspective and lifestyle priorities.
