I've had a couple of frustrating weeks which have led to nightmares, depression and general anxiety. I think this is exacerbated by being beat over the head by "bad economy" news. I used to watch the Today show for fun, but all they ever talk about is how to pay down your debt and how to lose weight and how to save money. If I hear one more thing about paying down debt or how to deal with your credit, I'm going to scream. It makes me so anxious about my own debt, even though I have it under control.
all that coupled with commercials with "stimulus plan" discount themes, and how shit is going to get worse and yadda yadda. is just making things worse.
anyway, I'm crabby.
don't forget 1 in 4 of us will die of swine flu.

Hang in there. We all get media tired-head now and again. I have had to basically train my brain to have an on/off switch...and to turn it off when anything monetary is mentioned!

TV news is awful and i wouldn't mind it if it went away forever (even if it would mean that the daily show would have nothing to talk about)
it's just...awful, and irresponsible.

Hang on a minute, Bob. If we didn't have TV News then we'd never get to watch clips of adorable new-born puppies in baskets being thrown to crowds of orphaned schoolchildren in the '...and finally...' segment.
Frankly, that's a world I don't want to live in (n)

I panic about not having any cornetto's in the fridge to enjoy whilst watching The Wire.
anyway....I have invented a way to create more jobs and make everyone more relaxed.
1. Every workplace have a sauna, spa and masseuses.
2. perferably body masseuses
3. naked
4. happy endings
5. or more
So you're saying we all should either visit a brothel or become a hooker to stimulate the economy?
