I have a nice little spring chicken from the halal butcher I’m gonna do tonight…I have some fancy jerk sauce I got at the farmers market...but I want to save it for a bbq and breasts…I’m leaning to just lathering it with thai chili sauce…how you cooka your whole chicken?...be quick,and I’ll try it out tonight…(y)

I baste it in tumeric, oil, garlic.
or sometimes I do the ole lemon juice/oil combo.
I make a stuffing of mushrooms pre-cooked in butter and garlic plus brown bread hunks, celery, parsley, onion, some sort of seed and raisins/chopped apricots.
NOW I WANT A WHOLE CHICKEN!

^damn...you should totally come over and cook my chicken...but I’ll pass on the raisin/apricot in the stuffing bit…shit now I feel like stepping it up...maybe some fresh rosemary and thyme…I love when the skin get’s that olive oil crisp…

oh heck yes, fresh rosemary & thyme would be good.
Heck, depending on how feisty im feeling I may even throw in some Herbes de Provence.
