Your body exudes a force which can produce Work measured as a scalar physical quantity. Of the fundamental forces of nature, the only ones likely to be detectable by another person (and then only with special equipment) are Gravity and Electromagnetism.

I would go for gravity, in other words the person is saying you are fat but that your gravitational attraction can be used for some positive outcome. For example you could be used as a Gravity Tractor to deflect an earth bound Impactor from space. This would be very good indeed, well done.

It could also mean that they are full of shit.
