I’m really surprised there hasn’t been a lot of chatter about this song. This track is amazing. When I first listened to it I wasn't too impressed but after a few more tries it has really grown on me.

If this was recently recorded then I think we are all in for a treat with Tadlock's Glasses. It's about time they break out their distortion mics...

For those of you who have not had the opportunity to listen to it, check it out: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sfVqHwjvOsI

There's been much talk, argument, speculation about both songs that came on the 45, check here...

i'm the lyrical mathematical genius
splashing like lime juice, you never seen this
internationally known, the longest and leanest
shout out to one jose nemes (neves????)

Haven't listened to it in a little while so I forget what I thought Adrocks first was. Something about a ping-pong paddle or some shit. Fucked if I know what half of it is. one of yauch's was:

Ill stage a coup and usurp your position
cause cause like a mormon I'm on a mission
we are indivisible something blah blah
jessica simpson sing the chorus

In fact, the chorus I'd like to know.

This song is challenging, and is exactly what is needed from the b-boys right now.

yeah using those distorted mics again works the best for them as ad rock has said in a old interview ;)

Listen to the Beastie Boys' New Song
The New York trio go punk on this just-released track, recorded during the sessions for their fall release!
By Larry Fitzmaurice 05.06.09 11:41 AM

Ch-ch-ch-check it out -- it's a brand new song from the Beastie Boys!

The track, "Lee Majors Come Again," surfaced on a bonus 7" that was included with the March 30 vinyl reissue of the Beasties' 1992 classic, Check Your Head. But a spokesperson for the trio tells SPIN.com the song was written during recording sessions for the band's forthcoming album, which is tentatively set for a fall release.

Over three-and-a-half-minutes of furious electric guitar and fat distorted bass, MCA, Ad-Rock, and Mike D trade lines about Apple Bottom jeans, kung-fu grips, and the Six Million Dollar Man himself, Lee Majors.

Let's hope they break this one out this summer during their appearances at Bonnaroo, Austin City Limits, and All Points West.

So good to hear a new song. When listening I kept thinking of Black Flag's "Six Pack" and when the drum are up high anything by the Ramones. Also, thinking of the Beastie's "Soba Violence" with the high squeal in the background. Good to get some new lyrics too. It's been a while.

Since 'Lee Majors Come Again' has graced the world wide web I have noticed quite a few 'news' stories regarding Lee Majors... Coincidence? I think not.
