i dont like talking on the phone more than i have to

i hate checking voicemail even more. i generally just listen to the first 3 seconds of voicemail messages, delete and call people back. and i cant stand having to do that.. IF YOUR MESSAGE IS "HI. ITS ME CALL ME BACK", don't leave me a message.. which is 90% of messages. either say what you want or just text me, those are easier to check than voicemail! goddaggitttttt

Oh my god I thought I was the only one with this pet peeve. I am not sure what irritates me most about checking it, it's really not that big of a deal. But since my cell phone just shows me missed calls I don't check it unless I absolutely have to. I just see that someone called and call them back. Sometimes it gets up to like 7 or 8 voicemails before I finally clear it out.

Exactly. I actually don't mind listening to messages because I hate talking on the phone so much I rather get the info that way.

But if it's just "call me back"?

What the fuck. Don't. Leave the damned info or don't call me asshole.

Texting is much preferred in all cases of course.
