So after almost ten years away I finally got a job 45 minutes from my home town. I moved back like 6 days ago.....so far bored out of my mind and totally weirded out by the whole scene.

I have a visceral response every time I get within 10 miles of the place I grew up.

That said, it's only been 6 days. Give it a chance, it'll never measure up to all of the exotic locales you've been living in but my guess is it has it's own charm.
