i enjoy thunderstorms a lot actually. i find them very relaxing to listen to, and i also like the kinda smell in the air.

everyone else is talking about how dark it was. i love it when it gets really dark during the day, when it rains on a hot day the streets steam with the smell of city. there's something about days like today that make me want find a place and watch the world go about. something about water falling from the sky hits people like tickling fingers on unexpecting feet, people kind of momentarily lose their inhibitions as though they were all sneezing at once

I remember I think some where earlier this month where I was taking a shower and all on point blank BAAANG BOOOM KABLAMOOO. Lighting struck, I slide it open, peeked out the window thinking that a truck fell over in the street or a someone dropped a bunch of boxes on the side of the house where I'm showering. I kid not the walls vibrated pretty fierce. It was pretty scary.
