So I've been trying a mixture of extra virgin olive and peanut oil with some sea salt, sugar and raw oats for exfoliating and I must say god damn this is the best feeling I have ever had with skin care.

I just got sick of all the chemicals and my skin responding horribly to any kind of synthetic approach.

I learned about sugar as a rub on this men health care show and went online to check out other natural scrubs and discovered that most natural oils are good for you (and not just for cooking). And that sea salts, unprocessed sugars and raw oats are good for scrubbing.

So I've tried it 3 times and am impressed with the sensation, the lack of chemicals, and the feeling afterward....not too mention it smells sweet and doesn't taste too bad.

That sounds wonderful but my skin is so sensitive I think if I put oil on it I'd turn into one giant pimple.

Do you have acne prone skin? And this doesn't cause a problem for you?

Geeze Kaiser if you didn't just pop one out I'd think you were a little ghey. ;)

I have super sensitive skin, I am on meds to control outbreaks and I totally hate that I have to put synthetic crap into my body for clear skin, but if I run out of pills and I am off them for a week I totally break out, I HATE being dependent on it.

I use tea tree oil for spot treatment and it's fabulous.

I take a decent balance of Omega 3s and 6s along with apple cider vinegar tablets. It works pretty well. My back used to be awful.
