anybody ever hear of these duys? listen to them at all?

i saw em last week and they put on a pretty jumpin' set. they are sort of comparable to de la soul, it what a lot of reviews and such have said.

just figuring i'd give some props to a decent up and coming act

They are a great group with a nice old schoolish underground sound. "Blowin' Wax" off the album Questions in the form of an Answer in one of my favs.

I used to listen to them a bit, got exposed to them through skate flicks mostly. I liked it.

Haven't followed them since, but just dusted off the disc and enjoying it

Definitely a recommend for fans of Jurassic 5, De La, Tribe, Digable Planets

That Digable Planets never got more shine is a great tragedy.

Double true. Gansta Rap pretty much buried that disc.

I loved Reachin and Blowout, but I loved Gangsta Rap too. Those were good days.

whilst that is true about the timing i thought they were a bit wishy washy, lacked testicles

Fun-DMC wasn't too bad of an album even though it's about six tracks too long.
