Lolla Conflict

I am the only one who is really conflicted for the upcoming Lollapalooza show - wanting to see both TOOL and the Beasties? I had pretty much decided I would see the Beasties and hope that TOOL came to new orleans later - but then I heard Beasties were going to come to New Orleans for VOO DOO, and then yesterday I scored tickets to this Congress Theater show on Aug 6, so I guess I'll watch TOOL at Lolla and catch the Beasties at these other 2 shows. I can't believe they scheduled Beasties and TOOL opposite each other - everybody I know that likes one likes the other, but maybe that's just my friends. I was really hoping they would be up against one of the newer bands on the line up.

same here... Tool or Beasties... I am driving from Colorado just to experience the Lollapalooza and had a big letdown... I did not know Tool would be opposite to the B-Boys... :(

I hear Tool put on a pretty amazing live show. If you're going to be able to see the B-Boys when they tour for the album, why not go to Tool?

I am going to see TOOL at Lolla, that is what I decided - esp. since Beasties added the Thurs show at Congress theater - I'm going to that. I'm just disappointed in the scheduling, because I would have liked to see them both at Lolla

Damn the B-Boys are not playing VOO DOO - It was leaked that they were, but now the line up is out and I guess the rumor was not true cause they are not on it - at least I got tickets for the Chicago show before Lolla so I can see them there

my friend who is joining me for the Congress show has already expresed how he would like to see Tool now that we get to see the Beastie Boys perform, it's such a no-brainer for me , but still a scheduling snafu nonetheless...
