LOL, 11.37am is late for you? I often get up at like half 2.

not late really but, after ive showered and had food etc and organised somethin to do its like 3pm or somethin. i think 10am is a good time to get up.

i might start setting an alarm at the other side of the room...

no way!

i think its since ive started working a lot of late shifts i like making the most of the daytime. although i do have a week off so maybe i can make an exception for myself.

that's my trick too.

I feel the same when I get up late on a weekend due to a hangover. I get really narked if I've made my weekend seem shorter by sleeping through the majority of it.

Now that it's sunny I just a blanket or a throw and sleep in the gardens or on my balcony. Win/win.

I have been waking up at 12pm for almost the last 5 years.

I keep getting jobs with hours of 3pm-11pm, 5pm-5am and such.

A way for me to avoid getting up at noon would be for me to go directly to sleep once I get home from work but that's impossible for me.

It would be so nice to transfer to a regular 9am-5pm and get home before the sun goes down.

i've been studying for the bar and i've been doing it on my own so i've had no compelling reason to get up or go to bed at any particular time and my sleep schedule is FUCKED

"yesterday", for example (i put it in quotes because words like "yesterday" and "today" don't mean the same things that they used to mean) i woke up at 4 pm (again) and stayed up till 6 am (and drank 7 beers). i went to bed, tossed and turned and realized i wasn't tired and at about 7 i went out and ran for 5 miles. i just got back in and now i'm still not tired though i do have to take a big dump but someone's in the bathroom taking a shower right now

anyway i'm hoping that by doing the strange thing i've done today (yesterday? last night? tomorrow morning?) i've reset my internal clock and i can go back to having a normal schedule but we'll see

now they're out of the bathroom but i don't have to take a dump anymore. where'd it go?

today's not off to a great start

go to bed around 5pm and sleep till 5am. problem solved! drinking 7 beers and running 5 miles afterwards is impressive.

ok its now 11:48am and i just got up. i went to bed at 1am which is not late at all for me. that's way more sleep than is necessary...

I went to bed at half one and had to get up at 7:15 (n)

Pretty normal for me. I can sleep when I die.

that's my usual philosophy! but i cant bring myself to get up earlier. i forgot to do the alarm thing.

now ive just seen a missed call from my mate and i've missed out on going fishing cause they went early :(
