It's been nice in Scotland but it was hotter this time last week.

Hitsville UK, right?
Although since I sounds like a news flash, my first thought was "vacuum cleaner sucks up budgie"

There's meant to be a high of like 32 degrees (Celsius) in London tomorrow... what a joke. No one needs to be that hot. It makes it (even more) fucking horrible waking up with a hangover as well, you can't get back to sleep and you're super sweaty and sticky. I'm definitely a winter person.

this = the worst
fucking british, stop complaining about the heat. Stay in the shade, slow it down, take it easy, enjoy your day (y)
For you americans who don't use Celsius, we are talking early to mid 80s for temperature

Well, taking away vacations - we get say about 10 days of the sun a year. I'm 29 years old thus I've seen probably about 300 days of sunshine in the UK in my life - so basically, we get about a years worth of good weather for each 1/3rd of our lifetime. Its pretty sad, but its the reason we can make such good black comedies while being so cynical about the world and its what make us British - which is why we can get the hot american chicks. So its lots of ins and outs, ups and downs...

Yeah, erm, I gotta tell ya, writing here from hot & humid southeast Asia, y'all in the UK are not going to get much sympathy from me. It's always the same in England: any slight extreme one way or the other and you all freak out. Oh my god! there's an inch of snow on the ground! oh my god! it's really hot out there! oh my god! everyone lose your freakin' mind!

Yeah.... Heatwave? Uk?
Bahahahahahahahahahahaha
oh lord. Don't make me laugh
you crazy people
Another reason I loved the USA so much was because although in FL the weather was always extreme (in relative terms for me), people are a lot more friendly and go with the flow because of it. They seem happier and I think its because of the Sun and if something is uncomfortable (like the heat) they do something about it (like have a drink, stand in the shade) rather than like Ms. Peachy said freaking out and stopping the trains from running or saying you can't work because of it.
I'm not saying I don't love this country but I can see its for its faults sometimes. Us brits do love our weather talk though.
I walk around in the summertime saying 'how about that heat'
yeah i live in the new england and even i don't think 32 degrees celsius (89.6 normal degrees) is a "heat wave". one day it was 95 degrees in the house, and you didn't hear me complaining. actually i did complain, i think i even posted a thread about it but it was like 102 outside and you're complaining about less? you dicks

why don't you all shut up. when you get year-round gloom and drizzle and can't handle it, don't come crying to me for advice!

I get year-round gloom and drizzle and only slightly more sunny days than you lot and I would never complain about low-mid 80's. That's perfect.

It's just starting to get really hot here. Like, don't leave plastic in your car or it will melt kind of hot. Like, I can feel the hot metal from my seatbelt through the plastic clicky thing and through my pants kind of hot.
When I skate outdoors tonight (when it gets dark out) it should be about 38 degrees C.
