Spread 30 wing sections on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle lemon pepper and and garlic powder on wings.
bake at 425 degrees for one hour.
melt two tbl spoons of butter with half cup Franks Red Hot wing sauce in a bowl.
Cover cooked wings in sauce with basting brush or dump em all in a bag and shake it around, covering wings. Place wings back in the oven on broil for 5-10 minutes or until crispy.
Dump a crap load of blue cheese dressing on dem bitches and crack open a cold one.
I do something similar but poach shrimp in the franks and add no butter.... add blu and put that shit on top of a salad. unbelievable.

the butter makes it a bit creamier and cuts the heat a little. Gotta try that with shrimp! Sounds good.
butter also adds a shitload of fat.... cut it with water a bit and then let it reduce...

using grams methodology, i give the wings a quick bath in the sauce, then lightly fry them in a pan for a couple minutes before sticking them into the oven.
broiler gives ultimate crisp though (y)
i like to wash a bit of worcestershire sauce into my mix as well. gives it that needed bite

Fat is delicious. Sometimes I throw some sour cream in with the red hot sauce. mmmmmm... fat.

Not your traditional buffalo wings but here's how I do it.
Throw the wings on a grill and season with salt and pepper. In a bowl dump some of this (http://www.mezzetta.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=mezzetta&Product_Code=10100609&Category_Code=gourmetspec) and add some minced garlic. When the wing are done throw them in the bowl, toss and serve. Quite spicy but damn good.
