i'm getting a tattoo this weekend and i always wanted to get a tat of some beastie lyrics.

i've narrowed it down to...

'if you learn to love then ya might love life'

-or-

'be true to yourself and you will never fall'

they're not big lyrics.
but i've always loved those.

i can't choose one though

Don't get Beastie lyrics, in fact any lyrics, for a tattoo. And I thought you had to be like 18 years old to get one anyway?

You thought about "It could be nice to be Alive"? Nice, simple sentiment that you'd be less likely to regret later on.

Lyrics for tattoos are pretty corny but if I was forced to get one that would likely be it. My friend just got "Laugh Now, Cry Later" sandwiched between a happy clown and a crying clown, it's pretty OTT but I like it. Definitely wouldn't have it myself though, I'm not really a tattoo person anyway so I'd only get something done if it really meant a lot to me.

I was going to recommend 'Turn and look within to see what I should do' but the whole thing is making me cringe a bit.

The best one would be 'You can live your whole life and I hope you live long'. In Cantonese. And mistakenly a chicken dish.

I have "I'm like Sam The Butcher bringing Alice the meat" on my cack. When I'm at rest, it reads "ISaTurnAlheat".

why? a lyric can mean loads to someone, if they're into tattoos then why not. i don't think it's 'try hard', mate. it's up to you.

White people shouldn't say "y'all". The Beastie Boys and Eminem get a pass but most of the time it's a major cringe.

Rednecks can say what they want, it's not like they get any respect to begin with.

Do whatever the fuck makes you happy. Don't ask random people about tats especially. You're bound to get the closed minded anti-tat types to come out in force. It's YOUR body. If you ask anyone's advice, ask close friends who know you well.
