yup, we're finally moving out of this shithole to Sunnyside and it's a real nice apartment.

800 square feet, it has a dining room and the best part, it has a seperate kitchen compared to this apartment where the kitchen and living room are the same room.

We went for a walk around the hood and it's peaceful and there's a cool Irish Pub close by as well as some great places to eat- we went to a Thai restaurant and their fish was scrumptious.

So, on the 1st, we're outta ghetto!

sunnyside is a really great part of queens, in a lot of ways its better than astoria. plus you're like 10 mins from manhattan.. aww yeeee
