View Full Version : spiders can't fly, right?

i was cleaning my room just now (it was long overdue) and i noticed a tiny little spider that seemed to be floating in mid-air, right in front of my eyes. i thought "it's probably just hanging from my hair or something" so i waved my hand in front of my face and sure enough it must have been because it started to hang from my hand. i thought "great, now i've got it right where i want it" so i reached for a tissue to grab it and kill it and flush it down the toilet but before i could grab it it literally just floated away, up into the air. in an upward direction.

can spiders do that? was that a hallucination?

Spiders can do whatever they please. Flight is nothing to them.

that was my thought too but it was moving while i was moving. like as i walked around the room, the spider was still hanging from my face, my hand, etc

i didnt know roaches could fly till a GIGANTIC one did in my open window a couple years back

oh yeah, i had a roach fly at me once too. i think i made a thread about. i never found and i've never seen another one in this apartment (or any apartment for that matter, even the shitty one i had to move out of because they needed to renovate it). definitely did the gross bug pussy dance
