It’s the meal I spend the most amount of time on…I mean,really focusing on the skills,presentation,environment and my companions...it’s semi-religious to me in some manner…not so much in a Christian fashion other than I always have another plate or portion for someone hungry and maybe alone…it’s when I break out the best of the cheapest wine…and kind of take count of how incredibly fortunate me and mine are...(y)
