Why is it that getting dizzy is only fun when you're a child?

I spun round in my chair at work for 3-5 seconds at work today and I feel like absolute shit. Every time I move I feel like I'm going to unload my guts onto some poor unsuspecting piece of furniture. I still feel like this and I did the spinning an hour ago.

When I was a child I could spin round for half an hour at a time, and feel absolutely fine.

i rolled down a hill recently, and whilst the act of rolling was amazing, the dizzy aftermath was horrible.

i felt like i had been drinking, lots.

Is it cruel to put your cat in a shoe box spin him around,walk him to a different room and dump him out?...is it?...it may be...but it's damn funny...and as soon as he get's strait he jumps back in the box...so...I mean...he does like it,you know...
