View Full Version : how often do you find yourself looking at strangers' photo albums on facebook?
like you'll see a thing that says "your friend was tagged in the album 'pictures of my dick, summer 2009'" and you look at the picture, and then you look at the rest of the album because i mean, you're there, and you feel creepy because you don't know any of these people but at the same time you don't want to stop
does anyone else do that?

I was on facebook for a year, then I quit about a half a year ago I guess, but anyways, while I was on facebook I felt compelled to checkout every cranny that came across my screen. It is for me a very addictive activity that caused me to isolate rather than be social.
Sort of like this board, but on here it's easier to be my assy self so I enjoy it immensely more. Plus my mom only posts erratically here. I told her my user name is bob.

I do it often. most people have their pictures private though...so when someone's not private, I look.
like today, my friend put up a couple of pictures with this guy who I have seen around the scene for like 7 years (my friends and I used to call him my "boyfriend" because we had similar jackets and dark hair...so, nevermind, it's a long story). anyway, I had no idea they were friends, so I clicked on him and looked at his pictures. it was weird. this guy who I used to see around and talk about jokingly is now a real person with a name and I can see that we have 5 mutual friends and that he has brothers and everything. the internet is creepy.
I do it all the time. Good job people will never find out.

you can find a lot on dirt on people with that myspace/facebook shit. it's fun to look up coworkers and find pictures of them piss assed drunk or something. or read their blogs and try to play sherlock and figure out why the fuck one of your coworkers is so fuckign weird.

i once did this for a job interview. i knew who was going to be interviewing me so i looked her up on facebook and i checked out her profile and...there was absolutely nothing wrong with her, she sounded 100% employable. i had no dirt (not that i would have known what to do with any)

sometime when I see an interesting picture I go on peeking basically forget about it after the minute.

no i mean like if you see that an old friend that you haven't seen for a while is tagged in an album and you don't know any of the people that he's now hanging out with but you keep looking at the pictures anyway, or if it's a current friend or, more likely, an acquaintance who had a picture taken by a circle of friends that you're not a part of, and you're looking at their party, judging it
i tend to if they have a pair of bombs...
