Top Gear is one of the few really entertaining programs on tv, I would say Big Brother and other reality/crappy "talent" shows are a greater reflection of what is wrong in this country. Sure, Jeremy Clarkson is very outspoken and not everyone is gonna agree with what he says but surely the fact that he CAN say these things is a good reflection of freedom in society!

I love this program, it doesnt take itself seriously and it is very very funny.

Anyway, rant over and back to the knitting now ;o)

Top Gear has changed a lot since the early days. It isn't just Jeremy Clarkson (cunt that he is) driving around in a car going "yah, yah, blahblah" any more. It is quite entertaining, and a bit like a car-themed comedy show tbh.

Well I don't have a TV so I doubt I'll give it another chance.

But yes - Jeremy Clarkson... I dunno why I hate him so much but I can't find him entertaining or watch him for a period of time without wanting to stab out my eyes.

Plus I don't give a shit about fast cars - I can't afford one, don't need one and I think we take petrol for granted too much and that its far too cheap for how precious it is (even in the UK).

Actually; thinking about it TV is a window to everything wrong in this country and the world - but then that is what TV does so I'll now leave this thread and stop commentating on stuff that doesn't concern me - sorry for wasting your time :o
