been eating two hard boiled eggs every morning, but I still have love for fried eggs, scrambled eggs, or omelettes, in that order...

i'm the eggman
I used to be a scrambled man, then it got to be a pain in the arse so I went through a boiled phase. Recently though, it's all been about the poaching. Recognise.
I am not a big egg guy. If I do eat them, overeasy smothered in cheese and bacon or sauage

I do not care for hard boiled eggs at all...I prefer sunny side up,sprinkle of pepper, with a piece of toast to mop up yolk...or at it's very best in a Spanish Tortilla… (http://i183.photobucket.com/albums/x265/mcmoot/tortilla.jpg)

fried hard.
i usually pop the yolks so that i get more of a mix of yolk/white when i am cooking the egg.
served on toast with tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
i also really like scrambled eggs (at home) because i can put other stuff in it like diced tomato, herbs, etc.

OVEREASY. with some home fries to dip into that yolky goodness.
i love me some eggs.
fried hard.
Why did this get me half mast?
Anyway, Paul, how could leave out Scotch? Shame on you, you silly son of a bitch.
Deviled w/ beets = Heaven
But, for the past few years, my post-bender weekend breakfast has been scrambled w/ cheese and either sausage (preferred) or turkey bacon.
