Conspiracy Theorist Convinces Neil Armstrong Moon Landing Was Faked (http://www.theonion.com/content/news/conspiracy_theorist_convinces_neil)

Although Armstrong said he "could have sworn" he felt the effects of zero gravity while soaring out of the Earth's atmosphere and through space, he now believed his memory must be flawed. He also admitted feeling "ashamed" that he had failed to notice the rippling of the American flag he and Buzz Aldrin planted on the surface, blaming his lack of awareness on the bulkiness of the spacesuit and his excitement about traveling to the "moon."

"That rippling is not possible in the vacuum of space," Armstrong said. "It must have been the wind from an air-conditioning duct that I didn't recognize because you can't hear a damn thing inside those helmets."

"This is all just common sense, people," he added. "It's the moon. You can't land on the moon."

After further research I discovered that MTV's 'The Real World Road Rules Challenge' was faked as well.

Damn.

You're such a brute.

I sincerely hope I have offended your delicate sensibilities and political purity.

You can't really offend Rob. No matter what you say to him (positive or negative), he'll always come back.

He just likes the attention.

I actually don't like the attention.

I make a pretty pedestrian post asking if this was forum appropriate and you guys still somehow find a way to get offended.
I don't know why everyone feels the need to respond to every post I make?

This is about the moon landing conspiricy theory.
Not about my post in the moon landing conspiricy theory thread.

As for getting offended,
I've been posting on the BBMB for a long time and much better insults thrown at me than anything that you guys throw at me.
If the BBMB has taught me one thing, it's never to take the internet too seriously.

landing on the moon was a decision rallied by John F Kennedy and undertaken by a government agency named NASA.

It took the same political decisions to happen as all of the wars, tax structures, environmental and trade decisions that have happened since and before.

Politics do not always end up being negativity or unsuccessful, many political decisions acheive goals beyond the mundane. Sometimes political decisions are funny.

Is he being sarcastic? I thought they explained the flag waving because it was on a rod and when they put it in the rod holding the flag out bounced up and down and shit.

Bob I think some people in this thread have fallen victim to the same gullibility that the Bangladeshi news agency did.

Here you go...

Of all the stupid moon hoax things the flag waving thing is surely one of the dumbest. I mean why would a flag not waive in no atmosphere – if anything it would waive more due to the lack of resistance to its movement (at least while someone was planting in the ground).

But still, seriously, it’s the freakin moon. Glad Armstrong has finally seen the light.
