I love me a good zombie movie, especially one this funny and gory.

So many great running gags and Harrelson steals the movie. (The cameo almost does but he reels it back in) Jesse Eisenberg does a much better job with this character than he did in Adventureland.

The credits sequence emulates Watchmen but swaps out Dylan for Metallica and historical figures for zombie mayhem and really sucks you into its world. (As Columbus, the main character calls it "a flaming shithole).

Very different styles of humor. I'd say they are pretty much on the same level.

i liked it a lot. its one of those movies where the trailer makes it look just ok but it turns out to be really good. 9/10

I love zombie films but I thought this was just OK. Not nearly as good as people were making it out to be. The only thing that knocked it from a 4 to a 5 for me was the cameo.

that is a massively high compliment being paid. im not sure i can believe that.

ill probably wait until dvd for this but i will definatly remember this comment.

I loved it. It's not really a zombie movie though...there's a good like half hour or more during which there are no zombie appearances at all. No skin off my ass though, that was some entertaining shit. (y)

I liked it more than The Hangover, but I don't completely understand the comparison. They may both be comedies, but they aren't similar in any regard other than that.

i liked it. gave it an 8. but it doesnt hold a candle to hangover.


cool shit. i liked the mindless guns and killing. humorous. recommendable for sure. it is what it is though.
