I haven't read the book or even heard of it but I'd like to read it before I see the film which looks fun

yeah, that does look good. the new cohen brothers flick looks solid as well, 'a simple man' or something that, I think?

I watched a trailer for this a while back, hopefully I'll get a chance to watch it as I leave Germany soon. I've missed so many good films because of this.

I try and avoid previews and press for alot of movies...especially C Bros...but I think the new one is based on their dad...

if your avoidance of previews is in an attempt to side-step one of those previews that tells you the entire movie, then no worries, the preview for the cohen brothers joint is safe; doesn't tell you much, but gets you very intrigued. the preview, in fact, is really artsy in itself, worth a look.

A true story, the book's worth a read, but looking at that trailer it seems a certain amount of Hollywoodification has taken place.
