I'd say he has a point.
There was this kid in my high school who wore huge, massive raver pants with the chain wallet (it was the early 90s), dyed his hair all kinds of colors, wore spiked chokers and whatever. Is this really that much more "distracting"? I mean people used to look every day to see what new shit he had come up with.

i really dont know. on the one hand its might be a distraction, on the other hand how is this different than tolerance for gay kids. i dunno
to save themselves from a huge lawsuit or someshit, they should just switch to uniforms - which im 100% for

This reminds me of that story from a couple of years ago, same thing, a boy who wore women's clothes and makeup to school. He flirted with a male classmate who shot and killed him in the middle of class. His name is on the tip of my tongue, dang it!

part of me wants to be like, dude - fuck the hats and wigs and just go to fucking school. if you dont go to school you wont be able to afford any more hats and wigs and you'll end up a tranny prostitute wearing cheap hats and stringy old second hand wigs which would be really not too fabulous. if it was a chick who dressed like a boy, i bet no one would care though
i went to my friends school one day when i was a teenager and there was a kid wearing a fucking dead crow stapled spread on the back of his leather jacket. i sincerely hope someone slapped the shit outta that tard
fucking kids

^^ holy shit ^^
i guess my only problem with it is how its not just about dressing like or identifying as a woman, its kind of attentionwhoring . i think wearing crazy wigs and hats would be equally out of place if he really was a woman. its not like hes just wearing capris and eyeliner
like if some chick decided she was going to wear a wedding dress to school everyday or some dude decided he was gonna wear a red tuxedo or whatever.. no?

Well the disruption I could see being a problem.
It's just like with that other case, the Lawrence King case, some of the reports indicated that the boy who was killed had taken his interest in this other boy to levels of sexual harassment.
It's multi-leveled.

there was some kid in my high school who wore a gas mask to school some time after 9/11 and he got in trouble for it. he also wore a shirt that said "i learned from lesbians" and i was too innocent at the time to know what that meant
the guy was actually a really funny dude when he wasn't being completely insane

Yeah, a girl and guy from my high school came to school one day with the guy on a leash. I don't think that lasted that long before they got sent home.

I see kids dressed a lot weirder and distracting than that, but because they dress according to their gender, it's all fine.
I think they should pay more attention to the little slutbags coming to class wearing mini-skirts and high heels, because that is an awful lot more distracting.
Btw, what do you think, is the kid a weirdo or executive tranny:
