View Full Version : Any-one want to buy my house?
Its (http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-24988421.html) really cheap and in a decent enough area.
Please please please, I'm so bored of having to deal with it now - some1 elses turn to enjoy it.

I'll be like your bestest friend and everything.
Lose the peach wallpaper and we might speak.
you can re-decorate yourself.
Is this the problem you think? People are that fickle they forget they don't have to keep it exactly the same as when bought?
re colour it in photoshop.

thats a lotta house for that price! i like it.. how far from a big city is it?
i think maybe it looks a little too empty? maybe trow down a coupla rugs or something to make it look lived in, the living room mainly. i like that kitchen. though.. there are people who that for a living here, "real estate stagers". make it easier for people looking at it to imagine living in it
how long you been selling it for, maybe its priced too high?

sorry mate, it was just a tip for :o
Its changed a bit since the photos. House was empty then, stuff we haven't moved yet. But things changed so moved back in.
Its about 3 miles from Sheffield City Centre but still in the suburbs.
Its priced as low as it'll go, was valued at £250k back in November 2007, but obviously markets have changed since. Been on the market since Nov'08 but not advertised hardcore or anything cus trying to costs down, we are thinking of changing that though.

it looks nice. waahhh i wish i lived in a real place.
if you decide to come down on the price any, i got about $400 in the bank right now ;)
Also, its perfect if some1 wants the quiet life. I was watching the local news earlier and the 2nd story was about a dog that got hit by a car and had to have an operation several weeks after getting hit. The first story was a dad whose son had been killed in one of the wars and called Tony Blair a war criminal. The third was about a hat throwing contest <-- I'm seriously not making this shit up.
So its perfect if you've seen too much in life. Myself, I ain't seen enough.
Highlights in Sheffield are FAF Week - Fuck A Fresher Week, where you go out during freshers week as we have two pretty big universities here and you fuck a fresher.
Snooker world championships - if you like snooker that is. I've yet to know an american who knows what snooker is though.
Go any direction for 10 miles and you'll hit the country side.
I will admit though the green round here ain't good. So if you are a drug dealer with a good package - then you're gonna hit the ground running.

whoa
You gotta remember the USD is fairly worthless around the rest of the world - something to do with capitalism.

I would buy it if I had that sort of money. If you gave me a good BBMB deal of course.

it's funny how you can formulate a completely wrong idea of another board member- i mean i've not read all your posts but i didn't figure you for a four-bedroom house in the 'burbs kind of bloke. not that there is a typical four bedroom house owner type. just saying. and, no is my answer

Feng Shui-wise that is the worst thing you can have in a house.
If it had been closer to Milton Keynes I'd bought it to my kid sister, she needs a new nice proper house and then I'd always a room to stay in when in UK. Also I'd need to win the lottery first.
