Nazi Health Care

So I drove by NBC today in Burbank (L.A.) and there was a protest of about 100 people. Anti-public health care option. Mostly white and older, just saying. A couple of signs said "NO NAZI HEALTH CARE."

So what did the Nazis have? I'm not really finding out with my basic searches. Anyone know what Germany had as healthcare during the 30s and 40s?

I wish somebody would of been carrying a sign demanding "FULL NAZI HEALTH NOW" just to reasonably counterpoint the issue.
